Breath and Flow

This is a four week class that focuses on breath, rehab and connection! The class will include functional breathing, intentional movements, celebrating our strong bodies that have grown/birthed beautiful babies and creating a community of mamas for love and support.



BIRTHFIT is an empowered, educated state of readiness, specific to childbirth that is achieved through an evolved practice in fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset. With all the misinformation about exercise and pregnancy having an expert to help you navigate the evidence is critical.

Prenatal Series

This is a one month birth education series that meets once a week for four weeks. We cover birth education and preparation as well as functional movement and mobility.  This class is simple, efficient, and to the point. This class is definitely for the modern woman (and partner) that does not have time to mess around.


Postpartum Series

Now that you’ve brought a baby into the world, it’s time to rehab your body, mind & soul.
